Shipping of Physical Products

Currently, we primarily offer educational courses and digital products. In the case of any physical products, such as printed study material, books, or merchandise:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or SMS.

Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All digital products (e.g., e-books, recorded courses, notes, test series) are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email or your registered student dashboard.
  • You will receive an email with access details immediately after successful payment.
  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the correct and complete address is provided at the time of ordering. EasyLearning will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Delays

In rare cases of unforeseen delays (natural calamities, operational issues, or high demand), we will notify you proactively via email or phone.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products. All digital products can be accessed globally.
